Techno Group was incorporated in 1994 by the three dynamic personalities from one of the main entrepreneur producing cities of India; Ahmedabad.   Roots of Techno Instruments were premeditated more than 15 years ago, when these three fresh graduates in Instrumentation & Control realized the immense potential of Industrial Thermometry. After exploring the industry inside out for few years as employees, these three visionaries viz. Mr. Abhijit Gohil, Mr. Daxesh Shah & Mr. Bhavesh Parikh incepted their careers in this industry as assemblers of RTD & T/Cs with the name Techno Instruments. The idea of incessant improvement through continuous R&D in this small venture of assembling RTD & T/Cs laid the basic foundations of "Techno Group".

Their insistence against all odds and blitz of time and circumstances has brought them rich dividends. Mr. Alpesh Patel joined the trio in year 2000 and added new dimensions and spirit to the organization with his single-minded obsession to take Techno Group to the top.

From custom design, high volume temperature sensors for OEM applications and metal industries to high performance products for the nuclear power generation and industrial automation markets, Techno Instrument helps keep industry and business around the nation up and running.

At present Techno Group is manufacturing the RTD, T/Cs, Thermowells, RTD-Elements & Mineral Insulated (MI) Cables and, in addition to that Techno provides full range of temperature baths for calibration purposes. This expedition from assemblers to the satisfactory solution providers in the span of just 15 years itself speak volumes about competence of Techno Group.

Glimpse of Techno’s Success story is summed up below:

1994: Techno Instruments is formed.

1997:  Started in-house manufacturing.

1999: As a first step in backward integration techno started manufacturing RTD elements.

2000: After contentious R&D for about two years Techno reached a landmark by producing the bar stock THERMOWELL of 1200mm length in single piece weld free construction. Installed a SPM for this drilling process.

2002: In order to cater their customers at very competitive price Techno stepped further in backward integration and started manufacturing MIMS cables. 

2003: With the goal of providing all temperature measurement solutions to customer at one place Techno integrated its operations horizontally by starting in-house production of calibration Instruments. 

2004: Started new separate unit for RTD elements with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities; named it as Unit II (Techno Controls).

2005: Unit III (Temptek) becomes functional in 2005 to meet the growing demand of MI cables. Successful launch of Slot type RTD for motor windings added another leaf in the cap of Techno’s growth.

2006: Techno registered record growth of 45% and started new marketing office as a part of its future expansion plans.
